How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are shipped within two to three business days.
How will I know when my order is shipped.
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an email giving the shipping information including the tracking number. Please make sure the email address you furnish is correct.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within fourteen days of the delivery date provided notification of your dissatisfaction and the reason therefor is received within seven days of delivery. If there is exterior damage to the shipping container resulting in damage to the contents, please note it and notify us immediately. Yes, we do collect sales tax only on orders shipped to Californis, Arizona and Arkansas.
